Weekend Retreats
Deposits & Payments
To secure your booking for our popular weekend retreats a small deposit of $250 is required.
The balance is payable in full 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. We accept cheque, eftpos or credit card payments. Any additional items purchased during your stay are your responsibility and must be finalised prior to departure.
Cancellation PolicyBooking's canceled within 14 days of the date of arrival will result in the full accommodation and all deposits and payments being forfeited. Bookings canceled earlier than 14 days of the date of arrival will result in the deposit only being forfeited. This applies to all methods of payments, including reservations confirmed via phone, internet & post.
Room Upgrades
Twin share accommodation is part of the experience for guests staying at an Aspire Retreat. Although we endeavor to meet your requests when placing you with fellow guest/s, group diversity does not always accommodate for this. Due to limited availability, room configurations are set prior to your arrival. Should you wish to upgrade during your stay, please see your Guest Coordinator to obtain a quote and availability. Room moves cannot be organized through any other means. We offer no guarantee that you will be able to upgrade, change or secure the room or bed of your choice.
No Responsibility
Aspire Wealthy Coaching (WA), the Retreat management and/or the staff will not be held responsible for any breakage, loss or theft of any personal items belonging to any guests.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to providing you with the highest levels of customer service, and this includes protecting your privacy. The information we collect is only accessed by Retreat employees or third party providers who assist us. Information will not be disclosed to any other party unless prior agreement is sought from you.
Disclaimer
Subject to any non-excludable statutory provisions, neither Aspire Wealth Coaching (WA) nor any of its employees or contractors shall be liable for any death, injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage of any kind, whether due to accident, defect, negligence or from any other cause whatsoever, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations to the contrary are excluded.

I understand that Aspire's Retreats are a private and personal experience for each participant and as such I agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and their remarks and I agree to keep all such material private and confidential.
